Pristine Auto Wash's Wash Club Terms & Conditions
Selected monthly Plan allows for a daily wash of the selected wash Plan for the enrolled vehicle, weather permitting, during normal business hours.
Activation period is monthly. Automatic monthly renewal Plans will be automatically charged to member’s credit/debit card on the same date of the month as Plan activation (e.i. Plan is activated on December 15th, card is charged every 15th day of the month).
By entering a Wash Club, the member authorizes Pristine Auto Wash to charge the credit/debit card on file on the renewal day of each month. They authorize the financial institution to accept and to debit entries indicated by PRISTINE AUTO WASH to their account. If PRISTINE AUTO WASH erroneously debits/credits funds to the account, the member authorizes PRISTINE AUTO WASH to debit/credit the account for an amount not to exceed the original amount of the erroneous debit/credit. This authorization is to remain in effect until PRISTINE AUTO WASH has received notification of termination in such a manner as to afford PRISTINE AUTO WASH and the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
If PRISTINE AUTO WASH is not able to charge a member’s credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, PRISTINE AUTO WASH will attempt to charge the customer’s account up to eight consecutive days. During this time period the customer’s Wash Club will be inactive until/unless payment is successfully collected. If PRISTINE AUTO WASH is unable to collect payment after eight consecutive attempts, the customer’s membership will become permanently inactive and the customer will have to re-enroll if they wish to remain in the Wash Club.

Pristine Auto Wash utilizes license plate recognition and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology for vehicle identification.
An RFID security tag will be placed in the registered vehicle as a secondary means of vehicle identification. RFID security tag will be placed inside the front lower driver’s side windshield by a team member of Pristine Auto Wash.
Membership security tag should not be placed in tinted areas of windshield.
Wash Club security tag must be permanently affixed to registered vehicle. Wash Club security tag cannot be taped, glued or simply kept with vehicle.
Wash Club security tag cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
If the Wash Club security tag is tampered with, Wash Club will be immediately terminated without refund.
Members can notify PRISTINE AUTO WASH if registered vehicle’s security tag needs to be replaced, (i.e. the sale of the vehicle or windshield replacement).
License plate recognition technology reads the rear license plate. The license plate must be affixed to the vehicle’s rear bumper. It may not be placed in the rear vehicle window or mounted at any other location at the rear of the vehicle.
If it is known that a license plate is removed from the registered Wash Club vehicle and placed on another vehicle(s), Wash Club will be terminated without refund.
If the Wash Club is used in anyway inconsistent with terms and conditions, Wash Club will be immediately terminated without refund.
Wash Club number will be deactivated, and a new number will be issued. If a member already knows their original license plate or barcode number with which they enrolled in Plan, member may proceed directly to Pristine Auto Wash 240 E. State Street, Herkimer, NY 13350.
If they do not have this information, they are advised to contact Customer Care at 315-574-0057
Change is effective at the beginning of the member’s next billing cycle. Please allow at least 5 business days before your billing date to make any changes.
To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between the Wash Club wash type and the upgrade requested.
There are no full or partial month(s) refunds regardless of usage.
Member may cancel by email at contact@pristineautowash.com, by telephone at 315-574-0057, or by mail at 240 E. State Street, Herkimer, NY 13350. Member must provide license plate and/or security sticker number at time of notification. Please allow at least 5 business days before your billing date to effect cancellation. Members may continue to use Wash Club until the last day of the current billing cycle. No full or partial refunds are available regardless of how often the membership was utilized. Cancellation is complete when the member has received an email notification from PRISTINE AUTO WASH.
Plan reactivation is available simply by visiting PRISTINE AUTO WASH at 240 E. State Street, Herkimer, NY 13350, or by calling Customer Care at 315-574-0057.
Restrictions apply to commercial vehicles, independent contractors (i.e. Uber, Lyft, DoorDash), dealerships, taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral homes, fleets and police vehicles.
Vehicles must conform to PRISTINE AUTO WASH dimension standards. Please see location to confirm that vehicle meets standards.
Wash Plan is not valid at PRISTINE AUTO WASH Self Service or Touch Free wash locations at this time.
